A WORD FROM CHEF CARLOS


We are blessed with the richness of food that abounds in the Troy area, and its our delight to search for the freshest and most wholesome foods.
  The eggs used in our Quiches and Creme Brule are from the Crawford Farm and the McCoy Farm here in Troy.
 Our fresh mushrooms come from Agro Farms, and our maple syrup which you can purchase here at the
Cafe is supplied to us by the Hunter Farms here in Troy.
  In the Summer and Fall, Dallas of “Farmer to You” searches for locally grown produce for the restaurant.
These include cucumbers, tomatoes, berries, lettuce, potatoes and squash.
We grow many of our own herbs in our garden at Café Troy including sage, thyme, rosemary and

edible flowers for garnish.
  We work closely with our wine makers  to match  their award winning wines to our cuisine.
We are proud of our special house wine from Vineland Estates.
 We also carry a wide selection of Ontario  and internationally renowned wines for your enjoyment.
Our Coffee is from Baden Ontario a small community near Kitchener, everyone loves our coffee.
  We make many of our own desserts and also have desserts made by La Rocca,
who bake delightful and elegant creations for Café Troy.
We take great pride in the dishes we prepare for your events and we offer you the best in customized meals that
will make  your event a night to remember.
