Donn Zver Pottery

I've been shopping at this pottery since it opened 50 years ago... for gifts, for myself and sometimes just to enjoy the beauty of Donn's creations. Over the years, he's added many different designs and glazes to keep old customers interested and attract a newer generation. It's definitely worth the drive to Troy, a charming tiny town, and spend some time at the pottery. Shopping here is truly a delight!

We bought one of their wedding plates as a gift and they loved it! My wife and I bought a couple of mugs that had a ton of character. Oh and be sure to pet the cat.

Lot's of original one of a kind pottery. Everything from dinner sets to salt and pepper shakers. Bring your wallet... it's not cheap but the quality is worth it. Added bonus... there is an amazing restaurant on site (unfortunately due to Covid, the restaurant has closed)
Donn Zver has converted the space into a teaching studio. If you want to learn to make your own pottery, you'll have an excellent teacher.

Beautiful pottery selection, in a lovely, light-filled shop, easy to browse, friendly staff who also are artists. Donn Zver is often in the shop.

Spectacular pottery!

I had heard about the wedding bowl that this wonderful artisan makes! I went and they had all sorts in many designs and colours. I purchased this unique item for a shower gift. It was the hit of the shower and beloved already by the happy couple!

This shop is off the beaten path but well worth the trip! They have very beautiful pottery at reasonable prices. They even had a very pretty mixed bengal cat who greeted us and wanted attention while we shopped.

Best pottery in Hamilton
World renouned potter, Donn Zver has a wonderful studio in the village of Troy in flambourgh. My wife and I went there and were so very impressed with his work. We met Donn and he was kind enough to tour us through the pottery. If you get the chance this is a must place to see in Hamilton. What a treat!
